Project Win ("we", "us") operates a social media management platform at social.projectwin.cloud (the "Service"), built on the open-source Postiz scheduling software. The Service lets registered users connect their own social media accounts, including TikTok, and create, schedule, and publish their own content to those accounts.
You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are provisioned by invitation; contact us to request access.
You may connect third-party social media accounts (such as TikTok) to the Service through each platform's official authorization (OAuth) flow. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You can disconnect a linked account at any time from within the Service, which revokes the Service's access to it.
You retain all rights to the content you upload, schedule, or publish through the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (for example, delivering a scheduled post to TikTok on your behalf).
You are responsible for your content and for ensuring it complies with the rules of each destination platform, including TikTok's Community Guidelines, TikTok's Terms of Service, and TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation where applicable. You must hold the necessary rights to any content you publish.
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to send spam; to interfere with any third-party platform; or to circumvent any platform's policies or rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs. Those platforms are not operated by us and their availability, policies, and APIs may change at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including removal of content or suspension of your accounts on those platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed or failed publications.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it for violation of these Terms or to comply with legal requirements. Upon account deletion, stored access tokens for your connected accounts are deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL, with the effective date shown above.
