This policy describes what information the Project Win publishing platform (the "Service") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Service is a social media management tool that lets registered users connect their own social media accounts and schedule and publish their own content.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
Connected account credentials: when you connect a social media account (such as TikTok) through its official authorization flow, we receive and store the access and refresh tokens needed to publish on your behalf. We never see or store your social media passwords.
Basic profile information from connected platforms: for TikTok, this is the basic profile data you authorize (display name, avatar, and account identifier), used only to show you which account is connected.
Your content: the posts, captions, images, and videos you upload or schedule, stored so the Service can publish them at the time you choose.
Service logs: technical logs (timestamps, request status) used to operate and troubleshoot the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above solely to operate the Service: authenticating you, maintaining your connected accounts, and creating, scheduling, and publishing the content you direct us to publish. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles from it, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

3. TikTok Data

Data received from TikTok through its APIs (profile information and access tokens) is used only to provide the publishing features you request, in accordance with the TikTok Developer Guidelines and TikTok's Terms of Service. We do not share TikTok data with third parties, do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the Service, and delete stored TikTok tokens when you disconnect your TikTok account or delete your Service account.

4. Sharing

We share your content with the social platforms you have connected, only when you schedule or publish to them. We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored on servers we operate. Access tokens are held server-side and are never exposed to other users. Access to production systems is restricted to the platform's operators.

6. Retention and Deletion

Disconnecting a social account deletes its stored access and refresh tokens.
Deleting your Service account removes your account information, connected-account tokens, and stored content.
You can request deletion at any time by emailing us at the address below.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL, with the effective date shown above.
